Are premium story choices open?

Yes. Paid dialogue and plot options that the free version locks behind diamonds become selectable, including key confessions. You still pick once per scene. After that, the chapter moves on without a paywall.

Do diamonds still need ads?

No ads. Premium fills diamonds from the Free menu instead of watch-to-claim waits and that 15 second receipt delay. You tap Free, then diamonds. Pretty much the same menu, just without the video.

Can Forbidden Love be finished fully?

The CEO route can play through. Unlocked choices let the office, party, and romance path finish instead of stalling on a paid pick. Forbidden Love still takes sitting down to read. You just won't bounce off a diamond gate.
